Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Anxiety can be anything from a mild flutter in your belly or chest, to an intense fear that leaves you feeling trapped inside your own mind. Depression isn't only sadness. It can cause you to feel tired and alone. Through counseling, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Our bodies hold on to the memories and we can be triggered by things that we aren't even aware of. We experience guilt and shame an feel stuck and out of control. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Anger can ruin our lives and that of others. It can lead to multiple stress-related illness, loss of friendships, loss of employment, or even jail. I Can help you uncover your anger triggers and recognize warning signs of anger, to prevent the escalation to an aggressive outburst.
